Floor plan sets for builders and leasing teams

Every plan or unit type drawn in one style, so the whole set matches on your site and in print.

Why a set needs one style

When a builder shows eight plans, or an apartment community shows twelve unit types, buyers compare them side by side. If the plans were drawn at different times in different styles, the comparison gets harder and the brand looks uneven. A set uses one furniture kit, one color scheme, one label style and one orientation, so the only differences are the layouts.

For home builders

Builders usually need one plan per floor plan offered, sometimes with options shown separately: a third car bay, a study instead of a bedroom, an extended patio. We draw the base plan once and add each option as its own image, which keeps the set consistent and the cost down.

For apartment and leasing teams

Leasing teams need every unit type, labeled with the unit name and size the way your website and listing portals show them. If two buildings share unit types with small changes, such as a mirrored layout, we note the change and draw only what's different.

Keeping the set current

Plans change: a new elevation, a revised kitchen, a new building phase. Because the set is drawn in one style, adding or revising a plan later matches the rest. Keep your style notes from the first order, or ask us to reuse them.

Questions

Can you match plans another studio drew?

We can get close to an existing style if you send examples. An exact match to another studio's furniture and textures isn't always possible.

Do you deliver labeled and unlabeled versions?

Yes, if you ask. Unlabeled versions are useful for print designers who set their own type.
