New York projects
In New York, many listings are apartments where every square foot matters, and buyers and renters study the plan closely. A clear top-down plan shows whether a bedroom fits a queen bed and a desk, where the closets are and how the kitchen opens to the living space. Townhouses and brownstones span several floors, and a set of matching plans, one per level, helps people understand them.
For new developments with many unit lines, a consistent set drawn in one style lets buyers compare units on the sales site. Tell us the line names and sizes you want shown and we'll label them the same way across the set.
How it works for New York clients
- You send the 2D plan and tell us the style, labels and how many plans or units you need.
- We confirm scope and send a written quote with the delivery date.
- You review a first draft of each plan and mark up anything to change.
- We deliver final images at the sizes you need, ready to upload.
All work is remote: email, shared folders and calls booked in Eastern time. We have no office in New York and never need to visit a property. A plan drawing is enough; for a resale listing without a plan, a measured sketch from your photographer or a floor plan from the listing works too.

Questions
What time zone do you work in for New York?
We book calls in Eastern time. Everything else happens by email and shared folders.
Can you draw a multi-floor townhouse?
Yes, one plan per floor in the same style, or the floors stacked in one angled image.
Ask for a quote
The price depends on the number of plans, their size, the style and how many revision rounds you want, so each job gets a written quote.
