Dallas projects
The Dallas area has a large market for new homes, from production builders with many plans to custom builders with one or two a year, along with apartment communities that list every unit type online. Builders with several plans, each offered in more than one version, benefit most from a matching set, where options such as a study, a game room or an extra garage bay are drawn as separate images.
Single-family homes here are often large, with open kitchens and family rooms, so a top-down plan with clear room labels helps buyers find their way around. For a two-story home we draw each floor in the same style and orientation.
How it works for Dallas clients
- You send the 2D plan and tell us the style, labels and how many plans or units you need.
- We confirm scope and send a written quote with the delivery date.
- You review a first draft of each plan and mark up anything to change.
- We deliver final images at the sizes you need, ready to upload.
All work is remote: email, shared folders and calls booked in Central time. We have no office in Dallas and never need to visit a property. A plan drawing is enough; for a resale listing without a plan, a measured sketch from your photographer or a floor plan from the listing works too.

Questions
Do you meet clients in Dallas?
No. Everything runs by email and shared folders, with calls booked in Central time.
Can you draw plan options for a builder?
Yes. We draw the base plan once and each option as its own image, so they match.
Ask for a quote
The price depends on the number of plans, their size, the style and how many revision rounds you want, so each job gets a written quote.
