Chicago projects
Chicago listings range from condos in high-rises to two-flats and single-family homes in the neighborhoods and suburbs. A two-flat often needs two plans, one per unit, and a condo building needs a plan for each unit type. Rental buildings list floor plans for every layout, and a matching set makes the property site easier to use.
Older homes sometimes have plans that don't match what was built after a renovation. If your plan and your photos disagree, send both and we'll ask which one is right before drawing.
How it works for Chicago clients
- You send the 2D plan and tell us the style, labels and how many plans or units you need.
- We confirm scope and send a written quote with the delivery date.
- You review a first draft of each plan and mark up anything to change.
- We deliver final images at the sizes you need, ready to upload.
All work is remote: email, shared folders and calls booked in Central time. We have no office in Chicago and never need to visit a property. A plan drawing is enough; for a resale listing without a plan, a measured sketch from your photographer or a floor plan from the listing works too.

Questions
Do you work with Chicago condo buildings?
Yes. We draw one plan per unit type in a single style and label each with the unit name you use.
What time zone do you use for Chicago clients?
Central time for calls. The rest happens by email and shared folders.
Ask for a quote
The price depends on the number of plans, their size, the style and how many revision rounds you want, so each job gets a written quote.
